4th Annual Accounting Firm Operations and Technology Survey Now Open

The 4th Annual Accounting Firm Operations and Technology Survey is now open to participants.

The annual survey aims to gather information about the hardware and software used by U.S. accountants and tax professionals, as well as their operational and IT practices.

Survey participants will receive a free digital copy of the survey report, including four years of survey responses, consultative insights, and reporting on trends. Non-participants can buy the report for $495.

“We aim to provide valid, unbiased and actionable data collected from respondents working in firms of all sizes,” said Insight Research Group CEO Leslie Garrett, one of the creators of the survey said in a statement. “There is no denying bias exists in many surveys in the channel; our goal remains using a research methodology and data analysis process that ensures the delivery of unbiased valid results accounting, tax and bookkeeping professionals can count on.”

“Our respondents love the eBook resource because they are the ones most keyed into benchmarking their firm and the analysis,” stated Network Management Group president Randy Johnston, the survey’s other creator. “They are willing to invest 30 minutes of time if the investment helps to better ensure the success of their operation.”

Accountants, bookkeepers and tax professionals can participate in the survey here.

The survey will remain open through Jan. 15.
