AVF Consulting Names New COO and CFO

AVF Consulting has made a few executive moves, promoting project manager Addie Adelekan to chief operating officer, replacing Robin Carter who is now the full-time chief financial officer while Brad Winslow will head both the implementation and customer support teams.

Adelekan joined the firm last February after spending a significant part of her career as assistant vice president, project management at Wells Fargo Advisors and in several different roles at Lincoln Financial Group.

Carter has held the dual roles of COO and CFO since 2012 and joined AVF Consulting in 2007 after serving as CFO at Warner Construction Consultants Inc. in Rockville, Md.

Winslow previously led AVF’s implementation team and has served as a lead implementer, developer and solutions designer for more than a decade.

“The backbone of AVF Consulting is our talented and knowledgeable team members,” said AVF chief executive and founder Andrew Fass. “With the promotion of Adelekan and Winslow, we will allow Carter to focus on her CFO responsibilities and enhance the company’s financial analysis and planning capabilities, while also providing our clients and staff with two dynamic assets that will enhance the quality of our implementations and customer support.”

AVF is a Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Serenic partner offering financial management software and business applications to not-for-profit organizations nationwide. The firm ranked 63 in Accounting Today’s 2013 VAR 100 list.
