By Seth Fineberg

Cloud-based credit management application Bectran Inc. has released several updates to its all-in-one cloud business-to-business trade credit processing system designed to streamline and automate the entire credit process, eliminating the need for paper, faxes or phones.

The upgrades include an improved user interface to further simplify navigation and access to customer information; real time integration with CORTERA credit bureau data; the ability to document file notes on customers for future reference; enhanced tax exempt management capabilities enabling analysis by state and graduated segmentation of certificate expiration dates; and the ability to apply a company logo for a more custom look.

Bectran released its flagship offering in January 2012. The system digitizes trade credit information and automates everyday credit processing, allowing for electronic trade credit processing. It was designed to integrate with existing accounting and enterprise resource planning systems.
