Financial close software maker Blackline Systems has formed a strategic alliance with professional services firm The Goetzman Group to bring software and financial and accounting services to large organizations – particularly in the Southern California region.

Under the newly signed alliance, The Goetzman Group will provide qualified, experienced accounting and finance personnel to assist with the implementation of BlackLine’s flagship account reconciliation and financial close software in an effort to help Southern California companies streamline and optimize their financial close processes.

Several Goetzman Group clients in Southern California are using BlackLine to automate account reconciliations including commercial real estate giant CBRE Group Inc. and The Decurion Corporation.

“Professional services firms with expertise in accounting and finance provide tremendous additional value to our clients,” said BlackLine chief executive Therese Tucker. “The Goetzman Group goes a step further, sharing our passion and goal of building strong, collaborative relationships with clients. We’re confident that with Goetzman, a retained and committed team of finance and accounting professionals will be on board to help our mutual clients for the long haul.”
