LBMC Unveils Partner Program for CRM Integrator Product

LBMC Technologies, the technology arm of Tennessee CPA firm Lattimore, Black, Morgan & Cain, is launching a partner program designed to help push its IntegratorPlus product which connects Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Intacct.

IntegratorPlus was released in late July and LBMC is now looking for partners to market the product to VARs who represent Intacct and/or Dynamics CRM, but is not limiting its efforts to just those groups.

“I think the perfect channel partner will be VARs such as myself that is selling Intacct and Dynamics CRM, but if all you do is sell Dynamics CRM and no ERP, I can see working with firms like that,” said LBMC Technologies managing partner Stacy Schuettler. “I think if you are trying to help a client solve a need and you are in a sales cycle and do proper due diligence and they have some ERP interests I can see helping them. Also someone just joining the Intacct channel that doesn’t sell CRM would be a good target.”

Schuettler said LBMC has of late been looking at various ways it can expand its practice. The firm has been a developer “since day one” and thought its latest product deserved promotion to the right reseller and user base.

LBMC has long had a Dynamics practice, representing GL, SL and ultimately CRM which Schuettler claims the firm utilizes daily as “a mission critical product." The firm became an Intacct partner over the past year and launching the IntegratorPlus product -- and ultimately a channel for it -- is very much about the future of her firm.

“When we became Intacct partners, we knew we could sell it but it was also more about what we could do with it; our team could create a solution where we could go to our CRM clients so they could have a true cloud solution. They could then integrate with or take Intacct prospects and give them other options,” said Schuettler. “We’re always looking for ways to differentiate ourselves and had to look at other ways of growing the business. We are committed to our GP and SL practice, but it’s short-sited to think they fit everyone’s needs and we needed to be creative.”
