NetSuite Inc. is considering establishing a formal BPO program for CPA firms as its Accountants Program has reached 1,000 members worldwide.
The company launched the NetSuite Accountants Program
While some of its member firms have selected to use the NetSuite platform for business process outsourcing work, the company has not yet established a formal BPO program to further promote NetSuite for this purpose.
“Our feeling has always been that the benefits of cloud are not just garnered from customers; we can create great efficiencies from the trusted advisor. We give program members a seat into customer accounts and lately we’ve been getting significantly more interest in the BPO idea from CPA firms, particularly in the midmarket as accountants get up to speed on who we are and what we offer,” said NetSuite vice president of channel sales Craig West. “We will continue to evolve the benefits for CPAs, there’s always training initiatives and you are pretty likely to see formalization around BPO in the midmarket going forward. Right now, surpassing 1,000 members in our Accountant Program is a clear indication of the rapid uptake of NetSuite’s leading financial management solutions by organizations across the globe as well as our commitment to creating innovative programs to help our customers succeed.”
