NetSuite has released NetSuite Order Management for Demandware, a cloud-based product designed for retailers that are using the Demandware Commerce platform as a front-end system to meet customer demand for a unified, omni-channel commerce product.

Order Management for Demandware supports multi-national, multi-tax, multi-site, multi-currency and multi-language environments. It is also a cloud ERP suite to enable the back-end business processes including inventory management, demand planning, purchasing management, and financials.

The integration between NetSuite Order Management and Demandware can be achieved with NetSuite  system integrators, solution providers and/or SuiteCloud Developer Network (SDN)  developers.

“Retailers that chose the Demandware solution generally found themselves building their own applications or integrating with third-party order management solutions that were originally built as on-premise applications without native cloud capabilities,” said NetSuite’s general manager, commerce products Andy Lloyd. “NetSuite has stepped up to fill the gap with a robust cloud order management solution, offering companies using Demandware new automation and efficiency to meet customer expectations for a seamless, omni-channel experience.”

Order management software is definitely one of the top features that a good customer service company should have. It would make work flow a lot smoother and orders would be processed a lot faster. All it takes is learning how to use the software right and training the people well on how to use it.
