SWK and Six Other Sage and Microsoft VARs Join NetSuite Channel

SWK Technologies, one of Sage North America’s leading reseller partners, along with six other top Sage and Microsoft Dynamics VARs, recently added NetSuite to their established list of accounting and ERP offerings.

Other new NetSuite partners include Sage resellers Oasis Solutions Group, BCS ProSoft, Accordant Co., and recently announced RKL eSolutions as well as Dynamics partners Kraft Enterprise Systems and Mibar Computer Services.

In terms of accounting and ERP products Kraft also represents Epicor, while Oasis is a Dynamics GP partner, BCS Prosoft has Deltek Vision, and Mibar is part of the AccountMate channel. The rest have been Sage-only until the recent signing.

SWK is the largest Sage partner to join the NetSuite channel since Blytheco, which took on the product earlier this year.  The decision for the Livingston, N.J.-based firm was not about moving away from Sage but simply expanding its arsenal of ERP offerings to – for the time being -- “better serve prospective customers,” according to president Jeffrey Roth.

“Other than network services, Sage is still a huge part of our business and our [Sage ERP] X3 business is exceptional, we were also the number one ERP partner for Sage’s Q4 but we needed to respond to demands of prospects and believe in a solid cloud ERP solution,” said Roth. “After some considerable due diligence we felt NetSuite was the right fit for us. We have no intention of moving current Sage accounts over to NetSuite, for now it’s about new sales opportunities and we have prospects demanding that.”

Other recent NetSuite partners also indicated increased demand for cloud ERP solutions, particularly as their customers are looking to lower hardware and other IT costs as well as evolve their own practices, which have predominantly been around supporting purely on premises systems.

“For 25 years, we have been selling on premise products and doing business in a very particular way. NetSuite gives us the opportunity to redefine our business for the next generation,” said BCS Prosoft co-founder and chief executive Clark Haley. “Bringing NetSuite in to BCS feels like a rebirth of the company.”
