Todoist

Whether it’s busy season or you just want to stay organized throughout the year, the Todoist app for iOS and Android is helping more practitioners and consultants stay on top to their many tasks from wherever they are.

The free app allows users to share projects, assign tasks, and collaborate; get instant notifications for updates and new comments; plan days ahead with visual scheduling; automatically sync tasks on all devices; use due dates, recurring dates, sub-tasks, task priorities, sub-projects and colored projects; use Google Now and DashClock integration, and advanced settings; and add tasks from any app by sharing with the Todoist app.

The Premium App for $28.99 includes all of the above, plus the ability to get reminder through SMS, email, or mobile push notifications; get task notes, colored labels, and filters; and add tasks by email and access tasks on iCalendar.

The latest version of Todoist was updated in late January is available in Google Play and iTunes.
