This week: Chrometa 4.0 phone time and email capture

Since many time and billing systems don’t usually record time spent on a mobile phone with a client or emails sent, Chrometa has come up with a way to do just that in an app.

The recently released version 4.0 is a downloadable app that automatically captures and categorizes all time spent on the computer and can be used on iPhones and Androids to record client call time. After the time is recorded they can be sent to a timesheet, invoice or billing system.

There’s also time capture plug-ins for Microsoft Outlook and Gmail that will create time entries. Each shows users the amount of time spent on each e-mail, along with the e-mail address of whom they sent the e-mail to or who it was from. Chrometa 4.0 can be downloaded here
