Confirmation.com Raises Money for International Expansion

Cloud-based audit confirmation software developer Capital Confirmation has raised $60 million to fund “aggressive international expansion.”

Company president Brian Fox said the funds would also go towards adding new products and services.

The company, which does business as Confirmation.com, reported that the funds raised in a public filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission late last month. This is the company’s first financing round in more than 10 years. Fox said the money came from a minority investment from Boston-based private equity firm Great Hill Partners.
