EY Adds BPM Consultancy

Ernst & Young announced that BPM Specialists, provider of business process management technology services with a focus on building enterprise systems, has joined the organization in the United States.

The transaction between EY and BPMS, which specializes in configuring Pega software applications for Fortune 500 companies, continues the Big Four firm’s strategy to grow its integrated business and technology service offerings to financial service organizations.

“The arrival of the BPMS team allows us to offer end-to-end services for our clients’ business transformation programs,” stated Michael Inserra, managing partner of the Ernst & Young LLP financial services practice. “This transaction is just the latest example of EY’s commitment to offering greater value and the most advanced technology services available to our clients. We are very pleased to welcome these highly talented new professionals to EY.”

“With our combined skills and experience, Ernst & Young LLP will now become one of the top Pega services providers, and EY one of the only organizations to offer a complete end-to-end lifecycle service capability, stated BPMS CEO Bill Dow, who will join Ernst & Young as a principal in its advisory services practice. “Together, we are better equipped to deliver business transformation—strategy to solution deployment—to help accelerate our clients’ growth.”
