Intacct has partnered with global electronic data interchange product provider B2BGateway with the goal of delivering fully integrated, cloud-based EDI solutions to Intacct users.

More specifically, B2BGateway has developed IntacctConnect, a cloud-based EDI software product that allows users to trade all 318 recognized EDI transaction sets such as the 810 Invoice, 850 Purchase Order, 856 Advance Ship Notice and 832 Sales Catalog.

In addition to supporting all versions of ANSI X12, Intacct users are able to trade in all international EDI standards and communication protocols such as EDIFACT, Tradacoms, oioUBL, Odette, XML, VAN, FTPs, and AS2.

“No financial system operates in a vacuum. That's why Intacct uses open Web services to enable integration with other complementary business systems,” said Intacct's vice president of business development Scott Lumish. “Bringing together two best-of-breed solutions in B2BGateway and Intacct, is all about helping companies streamline processes and get more out of both systems. IntacctConnect will be a compelling option for our customers in several industries, especially wholesale distribution and healthcare.”
