Accounting and business consulting firm Moss Adams has agreed to combine with Spokane, Wash.-based financial services consulting firm Contineo to expand its offerings to the financial services industry.
The combination, effective Jan. 1, 2016, adds Contineo’s 14 professionals into Moss Adams’ Spokane office through remote hubs in Seattle, Dallas and Meadview, Ariz. Contineo was founded as a boutique firm in 1999, growing to provide IT security, regulatory compliance and internal audit services to hundreds of financial services organizations in 27 states. Moss Adams will not be absorbing Contineo’s outsourced IT services.
“We’ve had a good relationship with Contineo for a number of years, and it has a strong client base and similar company values,” stated Jeff Green, national practice leader for the financial services practice at Moss Adams. “This combination is a great opportunity to increase our capacity to serve financial services clients.”
Contineo CEO Craig Sanders will join Moss Adams as a partner.
