NetSuite Launches BPO Partner Program

NetSuite announced the launch of a new BPO Partner program, designed to give partners that provide business process outsourcing or business process as a service its cloud-based ERP, CRM and ecommerce solution to support a range of clients.

Under this new program, announced Thursday at SuiteWorld 2014, BPO partners will also have access to the NetSuite SuiteCloud platform.

Pilot tested for the last few years, the program represents a “reinvigoration of efforts around small business,” according to Craig West, vice president of channel sales. Partners will range in size from small companies and start-ups seeking to outsource their entire finance department to large enterprise businesses. The partner’s inaugural partners include Capgemini, McGladrey and Accretive Solutions.

In addition to NetSuite’s core financials, F&A functionality, ecommerce and project management capabilities, partners will have access to customization and integration tools and the SuiteCloud Developer Network.

"With this new partner program we're providing the best of both worlds to BPO providers and their customers—an enterprise-class financial system that can be deployed anywhere in the world at a fraction of the cost and in a fraction of the time of traditional on-premise ERP," stated NetSuite chief operating officer Jim McGeever. "We've seen strong market demand for this type of program and we're looking forward to working closely with our BPO partners to simplify the outsourcing model and aggressively lowering their operating costs moving forward."
