Sage Introduces Sage 300 Online

Sage North America announced the general availability of Sage 300 Online, a full business management solution designed to help give small and midsized businesses a more complete picture of their operations while increasing collaboration.

Announced during Sage Summit 2014, Sage 300 Online addresses the difficulties companies report with both sharing data outside their organization and basing decisions on inaccurate or incomplete data.

In giving businesses a more clear view into their operations, the cloud-based system is also intended to increase profitability, with Sage citing a July 2014 Aberdeen Group study that found greater visibility can drive up to a 33 percent year-over-year increase in operating cash flow. The collaborative component of Sage 300 Online is similarly designed to grow revenue while offering small and medium sized business customers greater control over their systems.

Intended for businesses that have outgrown their basic accounting software, Sage 300 Online is also designed to eliminate the complexity of system maintenance.

"We designed Sage 300 Online to help companies do business at the speed of now," stated Joe Langner, executive vice president and general manager of mid-market solutions for Sage North America. "Businesses want a complete picture of their business anytime from anywhere, to increase responsiveness, accelerate operations, and deliver great customer service using immediate collaboration—all of which can be accomplished with Sage 300 Online. Sage is investing in simplicity and usability to give businesses the confidence to succeed."

Sage 300 Online is currently available for $69 per month.
