Taxware, provider of sales, use and value added compliance software and services, announced the acquisition of VAT Resource, The Netherlands-based independent VAT technology, consulting and compliance outsourcing company.
The acquisition enhances Taxware’s VAT content for tax determination while adding global VAT capability to its compliance software and outsourcing services, and expanding European operations.
