Taxware Acquires VAT Resource

Taxware, provider of sales, use and value added compliance software and services, announced the acquisition of VAT Resource, The Netherlands-based independent VAT technology, consulting and compliance outsourcing company.

The acquisition enhances Taxware’s VAT content for tax determination while adding global VAT capability to its compliance software and outsourcing services, and expanding European operations.

Founded in 2005, VAT Resource utilizes experienced VAT specialists with backgrounds in Big Four consultancy and corporate VAT management departments to provide multinational clients with tailored VAT optimization, compliance and technology solutions.
