This year, we are also asking a few poll questions to get a feel for the current state of the industry. Not only will it round out our special VAR100 coverage and provide some interesting benchmarks, it will help me get to know some of the big VAR trends and best practices as I move forward in covering this exciting industry. One of our poll questions is whether the “VAR” descriptor has survived the evolution the industry has made into providing more holistic solutions. Does your company still prefer to be classified as a VAR, or has that become obsolete? What classification do you prefer?
You can answer that and a few other questions as part of the VAR100 submissions process. I’ve included them for your reference below:
