The CEO and CFO of Exact Software have resigned in an apparent dispute with founder Eduard Hagens over the direction of the software company, which markets the Macola Progression and eSynergy lines. Resigning were CEO Lucas Brentjens and CFO Bert Groenewegen. Hagens, who had taken a six-month sabbatical, was appointed as CEO.

The management change was triggered by differences over how the company should be managed, according James P. Kent Jr., who remains as CEO of Exact North America. Kent says that the change is not affecting operations in the Untied States.
