Reseller Tectura ramped up its size dramatically during the summer with the purchase of Denmark-based Aston Business Solutions to push its annual run rate to more than $160 million a year.

CEO Terry Petrzelka says the Tempe, Ariz.-based company now employs more than 1,100 people. The accounting software VAR hit that number after plunging into Germany with its June purchase of Cosmo Consult, a Navision reseller with 10 offices in Germany and revenue of more than $26 million a year, while Aston added about another $64 million. Tectura topped that off by picking up Options Software & Consulting with an estimated $6 million in sales and offices in the United States and Canada.
