SalesLogix 6.2 introduces flexible sales process enhancements, improved opportunity management, and increased customization options.

SalesLogix Customer Service also helps users track tickets to efficiently manage customer issues and requests. It tracks contract details including service level, price, and time or incidents remaining. Customers can be given access to a Web portal containing archived data.

With Opportunity Management, users can view snapshot summaries of opportunity details and generate proposals automatically.

Portfolio Director helps professionals manage multiple accounts, offering reports, updates, portfolio yields, allocation reporting, and benchmark comparisons.

The Intuit Network monitor lets IT managers and network engineers continuously monitor network health and performance in order to ensure maximum availability of mission critical applications and network resources.

ATX's Version 3.1 of Total Accounting Office bundles Quick Write-Up, a comprehensive Payroll module, and an enhanced version of e-Bridge, a data import tool that interfaces with ATX's Cash Command.

Quick Write-Up presents a real-time, centralized data entry screen that allows users to enter, edit, and delete checks, deposits, after-the-fact paychecks, and journal entries for clients. Users can enter all records within one screen set, without having to open different program modules to enter transactions.

The Payroll System allows users to prepare their own payroll, process payroll for clients, and do after-the-fact payroll record keeping.

Accpac Faxserve users can send and receive fax documents through their company network infrastructure rather than relying on local fax machines.

Drop Shipments, Taxation, Compliance and Planning from CCH catalogs each state's rules with reference to the statutes and regulations defining the area of drop-shipment taxation.

This book resulted from a CCH research project that surveyed the 45 states with a sales tax. A typical drop shipment situation occurs when a manufacturer ships the product sold by a distributor to the consumer. The book discusses common questions such as whether this is one transaction or two, what documentation is necessary to prove a purchase, and which state's resale certificate should be accepted from the distributor.
