Rose Business Solutions, which received the Microsoft Business Solutions Global Excellence in Customer Care award, has created the position of customer satisfaction manager.

The San Diego-based firm hired Juliet Conniff to fill the new job.

"Given that we serve over 200 active customers, we really needed to have someone who is responsible for surveying our clients after all engagements and generally being there for them as they have customer care issues," says CEO Linda Rose.
