Wayne Harding has become vice president of development for Rivet Software, which develops XML-based applications for financial integrity management.

Denver-based Rivet was founded by Mike Rohan, founder of FRx Software, which is now owned by Microsoft. Edgar Online recently began selling Rivet's Dragon Tag to convert data in XBRL format. "This is right up my alley because I helped start XBRL," Harding noted.
