Lorrie Norrington, executive vice president of Intuit, has left the company to seek a job as a CEO elsewhere.Norrington was apparently eyed as a successor to CEO Steve Bennett when she was hired on July 31, 2001. She gets a severance package that includes a lump-sum payment for 18 months' salary of $915,000, a similar lump-sum bonus payment of $640,500, and an accelerated vesting in 350,000 shares she was awarded in 2003.
