ADAGIO FX

Classes and sub-classes from QuickBooks are automatically available for departmental reporting in version 8.0 G of Softrak's Adagio FX software.

Users also can retrieve last year's data from Simply Accounting if the current data has been rolled forward. Accounts missing account numbers are alerted when retrieving information from QuickBooks. Dragging and dropping on a ColSpec row freezes the top rows of statements within the Financial Reporter and act as a statement header to print on every page.

An ExcelDirect button forces values in a financial statement to an Excel spreadsheet.

RED WING TURNINGPOINT

TurningPoint Version 5.0 expands the accounting system's reporting capabilities, improves sales order processes, simplifies the vendor check-writing process and adds additional security to check writing.

Version 5.0 offers the ability to combine customers and vendors in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Inventory. In-Process status for sales orders show which orders are filled but not yet posted.

Expanded Hold status excludes orders from the posting and auto-fill process. Serial numbers and inventory labels can be generated automatically. Bank Reconciliation sorting and General Ledger posting processes have been improved.
