CCH READIES NEW RESEARCH TOOL

CCH is preparing to launch a new research platform called IntelliConnect, which is designed to work with the company's tax and accounting research systems, which are currently separate.

CCH President Mike Sabbatis said IntelliConnect will utilize the new Global Atlas platform, which is being introduced across all of the businesses of CCH's parent, Wolters Kluwer. The system utilized domain-based searches, which Sabbatis said moves from a content-focused search to a user-focused search system. "I don't have to be thinking about 'Where do I look?'" Sabbatis said.
