NSA Foundation accepting 2013-14 scholarship applications

By Danielle Lee
February 21, 2013

The National Society of Accountants Scholarship Foundation is now accepting undergraduate accounting student applications for its 2013-14 program.

The scholarships are given to U.S. and Canadian citizens enrolled in a part-time or full-time accounting degree program at an accredited two or four-year college or university with a B or better grade point average.

Awarded on the basis of demonstrated leadership, participation in school and community activities, honors and work experience, the 30 or more scholarships per year typically range from $500 to $2,000.

The foundation has awarded over $1 million in scholarships since 1969.

Scholarship applications must be postmarked by March 10, 2013 and sent to Scholarship Management Services. Guidelines and additional information is available here.
