NET@WORK EXPANDS INTO CANADA

Windsor, Ont. -- Major Sage reseller and Top 100 VAR Net@Work has expanded into Canada with the acquisition of Sage reseller Synergy Plus Solutions, which handles Sage 300 ERP and Sage CRM. The acquisition brings Net@Work approximately 300 clients across Ontario and Michigan. Net@Work co-president Alex Solomon noted that the firm would be looking to identify other strategic acquisitions to help it expand across all of Canada.

The Synergy team will remain headquartered in Windsor, with a presence in Troy, Mich.

ARMANINO CONSULTING PARTNERS ON DYNAMICS FOR HI-TECH INDUSTRY

San Ramon, Calif. -- Armanino Consulting, a Microsoft Dynamics reseller and the business consulting division of Top 100 Firm Armanino McKenna, has partnered with business software provider Axonom to launch an ERP/customer relationship management product for semiconductor and high-technology electronics companies. Operating on the Dynamics platform, the unified solution allows cross-departmental business processes to flow between ERP and CRM automatically.

BLYTHECO NAMES COO

Laguna Hills, Calif. -- Lori Seal has joined Blytheco as chief operating officer, where she will oversee the Sage reseller's core operational activities.

Among her initial areas of focus will be refining and helping with the rollout of the firm's new "Blytheco 3.0" professional services delivery strategy.

Seal joined Blytheco from Junction Solutions, a Microsoft Dynamics AX partner and vertical solutions publisher, where she headed up their mid-market Software-as-a-Service e-commerce division. Prior to that, she spent over 13 years at Sage.
