Here is a one-question multiple choice quiz for all return preparers. The date is Dec. 1, 2013. You have an appointment with a married couple, Joe and Jane Taxpayer. Joe and Jane have been married for 10 years and they have never lived in a community property state. They have three children, ages 9, 11 and 12. Neither has filed a tax return for 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 or 2010 (the "delinquent years").
