Remembering 9/11

It’s a rainy, somber day here in New York City and rightly so as we commemorate the tragedy that happened at the World Trade Center eight years ago.

As expected, our Facebook friends have taken to posting their feelings and memories regarding this day and without identifying them, we’d thought we’d share:

•    The subway was eerily empty this morning. It's a dreary day appropriately so.
•    I will never forget...My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
•    Remembering where I was and who I was with.
•    Always in our hearts.
•    Remembering 9/11 and all that lost their lives and loved ones.
•    For 9/11, screw wearing red. Forget all the symbolism. Volunteer! Do a heroic action! Symbolism is not enough.
