Coming This June

Upstream Academy is launching a new business development program specifically targeted at new partners and senior managers.

Spearheaded by Sam Allred and Graham Wilson, the Academy for Business Development will be an 18-month program that will allow each participant to create a personal business development plan, offer multiple levels of accountability to ensure participants stay on track, provide three one day, face-to-face, interactive workshops, host monthly conference call presentations by Allred and Wilson, and give mentoring and reinforcement by “guides” from within the firm.

“With clients hunkered down trying to ride out the recession, increased client attrition, and the Baby Boomers retiring in ever-greater numbers, a lot of firms are worried about where new business is going to come from next year, three years from now, and five years from now,” Allred said.

Those interested can learn more about the program by participating in a free conference call presentation on April 22 or May 5. To register for the call, contact Upstream Academy at 406-495-1850.
