Mercadien Group collects cans for human care organization

Staff of Princetion, N.J.-based Mercadien Group, a family of companies that provides accounting and tax, consulting, technology, asset management and outsourcing services, contributed more than 250 canned goods to be donated to local human care organization Mercer Street Friends.

Firm members were allowed to wear jeans the day before Thanksgiving in exchange for their donations.

“Mercadien’s Jeans for Charity initiative is just one of the many ways our associates give back to the community throughout the year,” said the Mercadien Group’s managing director Conrad L. Druker in a statement. “We are so fortunate to live and work is such a great community. We are happy to be able to give back and help make the holiday season a bit easier for local families.”
