NJSCPA student reviews the reviews

Robert Grbic, a student member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs, has put together an evaluation of available CPA exam review courses for the NJSCPA.

In creating his review provider rundown, Grbic, current senior at Marist College who interned at WithumSmith+Brown, mentions that receiving CPA licensure can be time-consuming, difficult, expensive, and evoke a “common feeling” of uncertainty among accounting students that only intensifies as they reach their senior year.

Grbic aims to help fellow students make what he believes to be the most important decision on their path to CPA designation by assessing five review courses. He breaks down the leading courses providers—Becker, Yaeger, Bisk, CPAexcel and Roger CPA Reviews—by format, cost, and pros and cons, acknowledging that they are only a handful of the many available in New Jersey and around the country.

Those reviews and Grbic’s advice are available here on the NJSCPA website.
