TSCPA chapter recognized as outstanding for third year

The Texas Society of CPAs honored their Corpus Christi Chapter with its outstanding chapter award for the third year in a row in recognition of its commitment to volunteerism, the profession and TSPCA.

The chapter, led by president Tee Bowman, hosts seven continuing education luncheons and seminars annually.

The chapter also promotes the profession during a 10-week local radio program in the spring.

In working with Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi and Texas A&M University–Kingsville, the chapter also connects CPAs to students seeking guidance and awards scholarships.

Serving alongside Bowman as officers to the 400 CPA chapter members in 2010-2011 were president-elect Susie Infante, vice president Mike Jenson and secretary/treasurer Natalie Klostermann.
