Clark Nuber names top chefs for charity

Clark Nuber employees recently staged a food fight for charity—in the form of the Bellevue, Wash., CPA and consulting firm’s annual Cook-Off Contest.

Money was raised by collecting donations from each employee to purchase a round of tastes of their colleagues’ best recipes. The tasters then voted on their favorite dish.

A few of the winning dishes were a beef bourguignon, slow cooker apple crisp and macaroni & cheese with buffalo chicken.

Clark Nuber matched the employee donations dollar for dollar, with all final proceeds donated to the United Way of King County.

The cooks making the podium were Rachele Bouchand from the tax department at first place, and the HR department’s Catherine Moran and Lizzie Rahm taking second and third, respectively.
