CohnReznick raises $70,000 in American Cancer Society's Santa Monica 5K

Last Saturday, CohnReznick participated in the American Cancer Society’s "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Santa Monica 5K”, in honor of the firm’s chief of staff, Risa Lavine, and all women in the CohnReznick family who are affected by the disease. CohnReznick was the top team contributor and the sixth national "Making Strides" contributor, raising over $70,000.

107 teams and 923 individuals participated in the walk, including 50 individuals on Team CohnReznick. The walk was able to raise more than $154,000 by day's end.

Carolee Mancuso, manager in CohnReznick’s Los Angeles office, was presented with a certificate of appreciation from the American Cancer Society at the event for her efforts.

“This started with a thought that the CohnReznick group turned in to a reality," said Mancuso, in a statement. "We were overwhelmed by the outpouring of support for this very important cause. I am proud to be a part of a firm that is dedicated to giving back.”
