CSH sends vets on Honor Flights to mark 75 years

As part of Clark Schaefer Hackett’s 75th anniversary celebration, the Cincinnati-based Top 100 firm’s associates are raising funds for nonprofit Honor Flight, which transports veterans to Washington, D.C. to reflect at their memorials.

Accepted as an internal CSH project with the goal of collectively contributing enough to send 75 vets on Honor Flights to commemorate every year of the firm’s business, employees have so far funded 54 trips.

Additionally, CSH client Hollaender Manufacturing announced their support through President and CEO Rob Hollaender II, who stated, “When we heard about this unique and meaningful way to celebrate 75 years in business, we wanted to be a part of it. But more than that, we want other businesses to be a part of it. That’s why we’re proud to issue this pledge. Hollaender Manufacturing will match every CSH client donation to Honor Flight, up to $10,000.”

Groups from four of CSH’s offices will also attend welcome home celebrations at various Ohio airports, which are open to the public.

More information about Honor Flight, including links to local welcome home celebrations, can be found at honorflight.org.
