Ohio CPA partner is one of 30 for the Future

[IMGCAP(1)]Nevin Nussbaum, partner in the accounting and audit department of regional Ohio CPA firm Cohen & Company, will receive one of the fifth annual “30 for the Future” awards from the Greater Akron Chamber.

He will be recognized alongside the 29 other award recipients, aged 25-39, at a dinner celebration and ceremony at the University of Akron Sept. 12.

Honorees were nominated by the Greater Akron Chamber and regional and young professional organizations before independent committees selected the recipients based on professional and community accomplishments.

Nussbaum is a board member and treasurer for the Greater Akron Humane Society, founded the Young Professionals of Akron and is a member of the 2010-11 Leadership Akron class. He also mentors professionals at Cohen & Company.

“Nevin has continued to expand his role as a mentor at our firm and is helping to develop the leaders in our community,” said firm partner Mike Kolk. “We are very proud of his achievements.”
