Craziest Business Expenses of 2015

Expense management software developer Certify has released its annual list of the most eye-opening business expenses submitted by travelers in the past year.

Some of the expenses that made the list of “Top 10 Craziest Business Expenses” include $17,000 for an automobile expense due to “employee stupidity,” $1,000 for “adult entertainment,” and $85 for a separate room for garlic samples because the salesman supposedly couldn’t stand the smell of garlic.

There was also a $400 tab for 35 large pepperoni pizzas for stranded passengers submitted by an airline captain. Doesn’t sound so crazy to me. At least it beats a bag of peanuts.
