Matthew V. Leiner, CPA, Cynthia L. Merritt, CPA, and Evelyn A. Williams, CPA have been named shareholders in local accounting firm Buckno Lisicky & Co.

Leiner has been with the firm for 12 years. He is also a committee member and past co-chair of the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs' Emerging CPAs Committee. He holds a BA in Accounting from Moravian College.

Merritt has been with the firm since 1989, and works with clients in manufacturing, construction, auto dealerships and employee benefits, with additional experience in audits of small companies. She holds a BBA from Pace University.

Williams joined Buckno Lisicky in 2001. She is a Council member, Executive Committee member, and  State Employee Benefit Plan Committee member of PICPA, and has served as president of its Lehigh Valley Chapter. She holds a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University.
