Hill, who previously held the position of senior manager, will now lead the firm's MidCarolina technology and life sciences group.

Hill will provide clients with financial auditing and consulting services and helps them with revenue recognition, share-based compensation, and intricate debt and equity financing transactions. He also has fraud experience which includes investigation and reporting on expense schemes, lapping and skimming.

In addition to his new role as audit partner, Collin also leads government services and manufacturing and distribution industry groups at the firm.

Collin is a member of the AICPA, the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He currently serves on the board of the Council of Entrepreneurial Development.
