Lauren Fitch is the new chief operating officer at Faulk & Winkler LLC.

“We are very excited about Lauren joining the firm,” Faulk’s managing partner David Winkler said in a statement. “Her qualifications are second to none and she shares our philosophy of building strong client relationships through excellent service and attention to detail.”

A graduate of Southern University Law Center with a Juris Doctorate, Fitch will handle the internal processes and procedures for the firm. She will also serve in a strategic role, helping to set the firm’s vision and direction.

Prior to Faulk, Fitch spent two years as a staff attorney with the Louisiana Association of Community Action Partners and one year with the Center for Planning Excellence. With both organizations, she specialized in drafting agreements, bylaws, articles and employment law documents.
