Feeley & Driscoll Adds New Shareholders

Christopher Previte was appointed as shareholder at the Boston-based firm.

Feeley & Driscoll PC recently added Christopher Previte and Erik Lynch as its newest shareholders.

Previte, who works out of the Boston office, joined the firm more than 11 years ago. He primarily focuses on the nonprofit, health care and human services sectors. Previte conducts audits for hospitals, health centers as well as nursing homes. He also conducts operational reviews, financial forecasting and budgeting, and benchmarking analysis for clients. 

Previte is a member of the AICPA and a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.

Lynch, who also works out of the Boston office, joined the firm nearly nine years ago. He serves clients in the health care and not-for-profit space and supervises audits and consulting engagements. He also helps clients with business planning and financial analysis.  

Lynch is experienced with conducting audits, governmental reporting, internal audit reviews, physician practice valuations, revenue/reimbursement analysis and financing assistance.

Lynch is a member of the AICPA as well as the MSCPA.
