Fiondella, Milone & LaSaracina Promotes Two to Tax Partners

Fiondella, Milone & LaSaracina LLP promoted Angel Li and Alexander Morgan to tax partners in the firm’s Glastonbury office.

Angel Li initially joined the firm as a tax manager in May 2008. She kicked off her accounting career at PwC LLP in Hartford in the assurance practice and two years later transferred to tax compliance.

After joining the FML tax team, Li provided tax planning, tax compliance, research services and consulted clients in a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, service, construction, health care, as well as private equity funds. As a consultant, Li has experience in research and development credits and mergers and acquisitions. 

Li currently devotes a significant portion of her time in Accounting for Income Taxes under ASC 740, tax planning, federal and state tax compliance with multinational companies, as well as S- and C-corporations.

Li earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and is a member of both the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants and the AICPA.

Alexander Morgan joined the firm as a tax manager in December 2008 and was promoted to tax senior manager in 2009.

Morgan also spent time at PwC where he worked as an audit associate, tax senior associate and tax manager. Prior to PwC, Morgan worked within the assurance services practice of Ernst & Young LLP.

Morgan’s areas of specialty include Accounting for Income Taxes under ASC 740, tax planning and consulting, and federal and state tax compliance.

Morgan provides services to both publicly traded and privately held companies that range from start-ups to large, multinational companies.

Morgan earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and is a member of both the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants and the AICPA.
