Grant Thornton Adds Audit Partner

Kevin Reagan has joined the San Jose, Calif. office of Grant Thornton LLP as an audit partner.

Prior to Grant Thornton, Reagan worked as a partner at KPMG in its Santa Clara, Calif. office from 2002 to 2012.

“Kevin is a seasoned audit professional known for delivering superior service to clients,” Grant Thornton's managing partner Jeff Pera said in a statement. “We look forward to his contributions in servicing and growing Grant Thornton’s client base in Silicon Valley.”

Reagan has more than 25 years of public accounting experience having worked in a variety of technology companies primarily in the computer, storage, communications, semiconductor, and contract manufacturing sectors of the industry.

Reagan assisted clients with SEC filings, including IPOs and follow-on debt and equity offerings, and has experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions.

Reagan is a member of the AICPA and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He earned his bachelor’s in accounting from Santa Clara University and began his accounting career with Arthur Andersen LLP in 1983.
