Katz, Sapper & Miller Adds Sailer as Senior Analyst

Dan Sailer has joined Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Valuation Services Group as a senior analyst.

Dan Sailer

Sailer has more than 12 years of experience in professional services, including eight years with a corporate financial advisory firm specializing in workouts, turnarounds and restructurings.

In his current role, he will provide valuation services for ESOPs, estates and gifts, transactions, and for other dispute or business planning purposes.

Sailer received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Indiana University, is a certified public accountant, and holds the chartered financial analyst designation.

Sailer is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Indianapolis and has held leadership roles with Young Professionals of Indianapolis, the Indiana Association for Corporate Renewal and the Indiana CPA Society.
