Sandra Wiley, COO and shareholder of Boomer Consulting, Inc., was selected by the Leading Edge Alliance association as its 2012 On The Edge Innovation Award recipient.

The association, which consists of independently owned, entrepreneurial firms, recognized Wiley as an industry leader, forward thinker who has a positive impact in the accounting profession.

As a founding member of the CPA Consultant’s Alliance, Wiley plays a prominent role as an industry expert on human resources and training. She has a positive influence as a management and planning consultant. She is a certified Kolbe trainer and advises firms on building balanced teams, managing employee conflict, and hiring top talent.
