ParenteBeard Adds Partner

Mario Patone has been promoted to partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office.

Mario Patone moved up as partner at the Top 100 Firm ParenteBeard LLC.

Patone, who works in the transaction advisory service practice in the firm’s Philadelphia office, will start his new role as partner on Jan. 1, 2013.

“Under Mario’s impressive leadership, ParenteBeard has earned a strong reputation as a leading provider of transaction advisory services, and he is highly regarded in Philadelphia’s investment banking and private equity communities,” said chairman and CEO Bob Ciaruffoli, in a statement.  “His appointment reflects our firm’s ongoing growth.”

Patone has more than 20 years of diversified transaction advisory services, auditing, tax and financial reporting experience serving both domestic and international clients. Prior to joining ParenteBeard, Patone worked as an auditor, and later became a dedicated member of an international firm’s transaction advisory services practice.

Patone works with a number of clients ranging from small to mega private equity funds and both privately held and public companies. He provides services to clients in the real estate industry, specialty engineering, services, manufacturing and wholesale space.
