PwC US Adds Partner to Risk Assurance Unit

Julianne Inozemcev has returned to PwC and signed on as partner in the firm’s risk assurance services practice.

Prior to PwC, Inozemcev worked at Ernst & Young for 11 years. She made partner at Ernst & Young in 2005 and most recently worked as the IT Risk & Assurance Banking & Asset Management leader for their financial services practice in Boston. She handled financial audit support, regulatory/legal compliance reporting and controls, risk transformation, global outsourcing and business/IT process and controls design and implementation.

Inozemcev returns to PwC where she previously worked as a manager in Operational & Systems Risk Management.

In her new role, Inozemcev will be based in Boston and will steer the third party assurance services and other risk assurance offerings, such as audit support and internal audit, focusing primarily on financial services companies in the Northeast market, including Boston, Hartford and Albany. Inozemcev will also focus on the technology and healthcare sectors.

Inozemcev is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara where she earned her B.A. in Business Economics with an accounting emphasis. She is a CPA in the states of California, Massachusetts and New York as well as a Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Information Privacy Professional. Inozemcev is an active American Red Cross Tiffany member and is involved with 100 Women in Hedge Funds.
